My favorite part was him accusing Warren of not caring about morale, while he himself continues to make changes that increase employee stress and take morale to all time lows. Is he asking those reassigned CSRs how morale is? Has he asked literally anyone at the FOs? How about anyone that was previously successfully teleworking or operating under a flex bands? Some rebuttal.
