I'm guessing maybe it's the reduced maintenance/downtime on the SSA website, which used to semi-routinely have brief planned outages late at night. I think that is one low-hanging-fruit area (maybe the only area) where the new admin put resources that actually improved something measurable. If anyone has better info that contradicts my understanding I am open to hearing it.
