Bisignano Donates To Trump Accounts

From an IRS press release issued on Thursday:

Today, Frank J. Bisignano, a native of Brooklyn’s Old Mill Basin neighborhood, announced a donation from The Bisignano Family Fund to the Trump Accounts of children living in his hometown zip code. A gift of $250 is being made to every child aged two to eight years old residing in zip code 11234.

“Brooklyn is home for me. My life was shaped by the people, schools, and neighborhoods in Marine Park, Mill Basin, Bergen Beach, and Flatlands,” said Bisignano. “This donation is an investment in the children of Brooklyn, giving them a boost in their personal wealth building journeys.” …

  1. So now, we allow temporary government executives to use government data sources for their own purposes, possibly "politically motivated?"

  2. This “ generous gift” comes days before the midterms. That pardon is closer to becoming reality.

Former Fiserv CEO and current Social Security Administration Commissioner / IRS appointee Frank Bisignano faces multiple federal investigations, congressional probes, and shareholder lawsuits regarding his stock sales, financial projections, and federal contract disclosures during and after his tenure at Fiserv.

Bisignano sold approximately $530 million to $560 million in Fiserv stock between May and August 2025 as part of a mandatory government ethics divestiture upon entering public office.

These sales occurred shortly before Fiserv's stock plunged by over 40% to 50% following lowered growth forecasts and leadership updates, allowing him to avoid an estimated $300 million to $354 million in market losses.

CNBC’s analysis of Census Bureau estimates found fewer than 10,000 U.S. citizens under 10 live in the ZIP code, per CNBC. An age 2 to 8 portion of one ZIP code is closer to the regulatory floor than most readers would guess.

  3. Payments coming from a Bisignano trust, not the man himself. I'm guessing for tax advantage.

  4. Well at least that $250 isn't in crypto...
