We should never, as practitioners, get into the comparison trap. We can legitimately say that it is easier to accommodate a worker in a wheelchair than one with schizophrenia, but no able-bodied person or one without a chronic severe mental illness should make these kind of statements. He doesn't say, but I bet he's had some struggles getting whoever handles his SSI 1619b entitlement in the local FO to even begin to know what he's talking about regarding the individualized threshold.
