Elsewhere, you may be right. <br /><br />These people do cook the books. The uninitiated might think that processing time meant how long claimants have waited since their applications, but no--only since the request for hearing. And every time a case comes back on remand, the processiing time starts again at zero (earlier time does not count).<br /><br />But WHERE is the National Center on that list? Even then, the difference between the "processing time" time overall from Feb. 07 to date is about 18 days. Whoopee.
