I believe the "panic" was due to having to deal with increasing workloads AND reduce our budgets for staff and IT.
The panic may also come from the pending (maybe) Senate investigation into the favorable rates in disability appeals. Surely someone will discover that the Agency has pressured for too many numbers too many times.
