COLA Announcement Probably Coming On October 30

     Looks like Social Security will be announcing its Cost Of Living Adjustment (COLA) on October 30. It is likely to be 1.5%.

    For many, this is lost to increased Medicare costs. For those not on Medicare, this is lost to increased health insurance costs. One step forward, two steps back.

    For those of us who don't get a COLA, our costs aren't going up thanks to Obama. Oh wait, never mind.
