Yeah, 1-800-Dial-an-Idiot. Love them to death. Especially when I get 15 different messages saying "so-and-so called to request the status of their case".As if they couldn't look it up and tell them themselves. But then, they wouldn't be gods among idiots would they?
Plenty of idiots in the field offices too...unfortunately.
