Yeah, right, suicides due to cut-off letters... In some counties of KY even over 10% of the populus is "disabled." Really?... SS disability is a man-made financial black hole.
to anonymous @ 1:21. It is completely reasonable to assume that a large portion of a hard working blue collar population in the Kentucky appalachian coal mining counties would be disabled.
It is also completely reasonable to assume that when you cut off someones benefits which are used to sustain an individuals most basic needs that could cause someone to commit suicide.
your comments are short sighted. I hope you are not involved in the adjudication process for disabled individuals at any level.
1:21 I have unfortunately had several clients commit suicide during the long waits for hearings. Tearful, desperate calls from clients asking how they are supposed to survive during the process are common. The only "man-made black hole" is the dehumanizing process of trying to obtain disability that some politicians are trying to make even more difficult.
@1:21: Well, aren't you special. You actually admit the demise of those clients you were hired to help. Obviously, that "man-made black hole" dehumanized you as well. Every day, regardless what the original 13th Amendment to the US Constitution states regarding "Titles of Nobility" and "Agents of the Crown" that UCC British Accredited Registry pursuit of yours is vacant of justice. You know, the one "accepted" since the inception of the D.C. Organic Act of 1871, yet the US won the Revolutionary War? That vacancy is because you pursue sea going vessel Admiralty Law and try to apply it to living, breathing, people accused of being "berthed/birthed" via" "canals", owned and controlled by the sea furher. Your megalomaniac hive mindset has you believing "justice" = just-us. Ha,ha, PULHEEEZ sunshine, you're out of your league here. Do you experience political wet dreams often? The furher will send the SS to see you soon...
anonymous @1:28 PM, all or most of them r hard-working blue-collar KY claimants? A bunch of them under 18, in and out of prisons, never worked a good day ever, and perfected meth production in their trailers' kitchens? Yeah, absolutely, how could I be so heartless?... Let's give them cash for the rest of their lives, and too their "dependent" families, and continue living in Lalaland.

ReplyDeleteConn once put out an ad calling out Binder & Binder for being under investigation for fraudulent practices.
Oh the irony. Or is it chutzpah?
This story is starting to get national attention, especially with the 3 supposed suicides in response to the cut off letters. This is bad all around.
