  1. what about data after the 3rd successful remand hearing appeal awaiting another Appeals Council decision?

  2. This graph strongly suggests that the vast majority who apply truly are disabled, especially those who win initially and those who appeal. Even significant numbers of those who don't appeal appear to have a significant decline in their ability to do significant work.
