NADE Newsletter

The National Association of Disability Examiners (NADE), an organization of the personnel who make initial and reconsideration determinations on Social Security disability claims,  has issued its Winter 2016 newsletter.

  1. Three easy, clear cases of fraud and 1 personal experience of someone meeting a listing. What, no personal experiences of someone who was denied twice at DDS and had to wait for a hearing? No one who was denied at a hearing and later remanded at AC? None that eventually won at Federal Court after waiting 4-5 years?

  2. But Tim, their decisions are highly accurate. Just ask them.

  3. 12:31 AM Actually, on a thread on this blog 3-4 weeks ago, someone from DDS admitted it was "cursury" (half-assed), because they don't have time to give a thorough, fully developed look, and it wouldn't be approved anyway. Who knows how thorough a look the CE's give when filling out the RYC, possibly figuring out what's needed to deny and back-filling from there!

  4. Once again, NADE shows that they don't bother to proofread their newsletter. I'd offer to help them, but I left the stressful disability examiner life 4 years ago.

  5. Check the Bay Area CE's for instance. Took my firm and few others years just to get one CE thrown off the panel for incompetence and fraud. (Frank Chen, M D., and it's public record.)
