What is the purpose of this bulletin? Did SSA prepare it? We all know the problems, where are the proposed solutions. Or did you make this based on information from SSA? That would make more sense. Again, a little confusing.
However, regardless of who prepared it, it makes a great talking points summary for the appropriate situation and a call for a grass roots movement for change.
The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities made it based on published data.
What I would really like to see next to it is the names, pictures, and office phone numbers of the congressmen who shot down proposals to adequately fund that agency to avoid those service reductions. Maybe add a nice caption. Are you mad because it took so long to get help at SSA? Here are responsible people, please call them with your complaints. Now that would be accountability.
Early out for me; leaving in 2 weeks. I feel like I'm abandoning a sinking ship.
ReplyDeleteWe are indeed doing "less with less".
