    A clock for lack of winding
    Soon stops telling time
    The second had stops sweeping
    Alarms no longer chime

    What then the result
    When the clock called SSA
    Isn't wound enough
    To tick throughout the day?

    Time runs out for some
    It stretches out for others
    All suffering what comes
    From Congress' lack of bother
