Single Decisionmaker Test Ending

     Social Security is officially announcing the end of the single decisionmaker test in an announcement in the Federal Register tomorrow.

    Thank goodness. SDMs add no value to the ALJ adjudication process. History will not remember them kindly.

    This also says that they are going to bring back Recon in the states that don't have it. Too bad, Recon is a waste of time and resources.
