Maybe call numbers at random see who answers consistently. I know management and TEs had to answer alot to keep answer rate up. Especially when wait time for 800 number was 40 minutes.
Some regions better at answering phones. Some TSCs tsrs would pull the connection between headset and phone. When callers didn't hear anyone they hung up. Great for reducing wait time.
Assuming they answer or return phone call.
