Meh. The agency is still going to die on the vine if the population goes ahead with electing a president who openly says he wants to govern the USA the way Hitler governed Deutschland. All the technology in the world can’t protect SSA or anything else from the damage that’s going to wreak.
ReplyDeleteI hope this is more than a glorified electronic inbox. If the upload service is not automatically attaching documents to the claimant's SSA file, what is the point? And based on my limited knowledge of SSA IT symptoms, automatic categorization and attachment of documents is not possible.
ReplyDeleteSSA IT symptoms need an entire overhaul, not band aids that require staff to learn another manual process.
