From a press release:
The Social Security Administration (SSA) is announcing that over 100 million Americans have created personal my Social Security accounts. This marks a major milestone in the agency’s digital-first transformation to increase accessibility, expand service, and improve the overall customer experience for the public. …
Secure? Ask DOGE..
ReplyDeleteAs SSA’s secure online portal, my Social Security enables individuals with 24/7 access to the agency’s personalized tools and services, whether they currently receive benefits or not.
LOL in 6 months 25million people calling SSA trying to figure out how to log on their MySSA because their password expired.
DeleteDigital first, in-person later and forever
ReplyDeleteMisleading about 100 million now use. Unless they changed, this number also includes dead account holders and anyone who created an account whether they used it or not or once even just many years ago. Don’t forget they are making people create an account in many cases just to make an appointment. So they are hardly using the account for online business.
ReplyDeleteSuch braggarts- for what? Those over 60 HATE their mobile phones and computers. Read the room Francis!
ReplyDeleteI wonder how many accounts belong to dead people. :)
