Social Security Named Top Government Employer For Equal Opportunity
Equal Opportunity Magazine has named the Social Security Administration its top government employer. The Social Security Administration has sent out a press release.
I'm black.This is clearly offensive regardless of the constitution.Obviously the first(i e,third poster)poster has a sense of entitlement problem(racist).
As a white male over 50 I've been told (but in a way that can't be documented) that I'm too old for further promotion; the agency wants younger folks to move up the management ladder. Look at the last group of SES candidates; none over 50, lots of equal opportunity otherwise.

ReplyDeleteIt was just a joke about every month the Black organization has their monthly meeting, then the Asian group and then the Hispanic group.
ReplyDeleteThey celebrate black history month, woman's month, Asian month, native american month and Hispanic month.
The guys I work with joke that there will have a white male minute on April 1st.

ReplyDeleteWhere part of the agency shakedown that got black males a payout a few years again? To me that was offensive.
