  1. Thankfully it was a wall and not a CR or SR.

  2. SSA has become so overwhelmed it can be incredibly frustrating. I'd curve simple assult on that underfunded SSA wall as not subject to any penalty.

  4. I've represented people who have repeated episodes like that due to mental disorders. What's funny is seeing how ALJs who want to deny their claims depict that in their residual functional capacity findings. "Only occasional interaction with co-workers and supervisors" as if that would eliminate the symptoms of someone with a serious mood or impulse control disorder, or prevent them from being arrested and fired as soon as they had even a single episode like what happened in the article.

  5. IT'S FUNNY HOW SOCIAL SECURITY WILL PUT UP STORIES ABOUT PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN ABUSED BY SOCIAL SECURITY. BUT THEY DON'T PUT UP STORIES ABOUT THEIR OWN PEOPLE. HERE IS A STORY ABOUT A NAVY VETERAN WHO WAS BASHED BY SOCIAL SECURITY JUDGE FOR SERVING HIS COUNTRY IN THE FIRST GULF WAR. GOOGLE JUDGE GARY SUTTLES OF HOUSTON TX. THIS JUDGE MESSED WITH THE WRONG VET.THE VET GOT A COPY OF THE HEARING RECORDING THROUGH HIS ATTORNEY AND SENT IT TO HIS CONGRESSMAN.LIKE THEY SAY POOP HIT THE FAN.....
