Yesterday’s SSA guidance indicated that we should not send anything that is sensitive or confidential including anything that is not available to the public. Well, that is most everything we do beyond front line folks. Most of my work is not seen or available to the public.

Looks like vocal push back is having some impact - keep up the pressure on your congressional reps.

Mission accomplished for Musk. It is about the FUD.

Ladies and gentlemen-presenting your government: sh-lords, edgelords and private equity jackals - all enabled by politicians who are embarrassments and cowards. Just saw a story about how the one 800 operators were all taken off-line today to complete their accomplishment emails. That’s not gonna help the wait time.

I was shocked to see people actually crying over this. My division and I sent five outstanding points in. We're very happy to serve the public.

Did nobody know what you did before that? Was it a mystery or a secret? I'm glad you find such pride and sense of accomplishment for providing meaningless data to an AI, but I don't understand why...

Psychological warfare committed by our government against its employees. All to pander to the masses. Sickening behavior that further destroys the integrity of our government. The civil service has long been the whipping boy for Republicans looking for an easy target to drum up votes. The glee expressed at causing mass unemployment is an affront to every U.S. citizen.

Well bully for you. But your experience does not equal everyone else's.

Now the fed employees see what civilian employees have been dealing with for decades. Not a good feeling is it? You are not free. You are a serf. You get to live but they dictate how well. Sorry the reality is just finding you, most of us have known it for a very long time. Try therapy.
