I Don’t Even Know What To Say

Commissioner Bisignano appeared on Steve Bannon’s podcast today claiming that he has saved $100 million by terminating benefits to dead people.

SSA has always done this and will continue doing so. It's nothing special. But by emphasizing this, it's being worded to insinuate some sort of nefarious liberal fraud.

If Burger King launched some massive ad campaign out of the blue about how there's 0 rat poison in any of their food, 100% guaranteed, it would be weird, right? This is the same thing.

Plagiarizing from "The Sixth Sense". For shame, Frank, for shame.

He isn't even smart enough to come up with his own lies -- he had to steal them from Elon and his ex-boss.

$100 million? That is not a impressive or remotely meaningful figure -- and likely close to the normal annual benefit $$ terminations due to death.

Where is the $ billions of waste/fraud savings they promised? Is Bisignano too busy at the IRS facilitating the ongoing grift and raiding of our tax dollars by the president?

Welp, if no one says otherwise he’s right. Granted I don’t believe him with out the proof.

Follow up question: “so who got the money?”

OIG produces reports regularly on SSA's recovery of overpayments from deceased and other terminated beneficiaries. So no, he's not right - *he* didn't save anything. This is standard operating procedure.

Is Frank no longer welcome on Maria Bartaromero show? How the mighty have fallen.

Maria figured out he is not a transformational leader. Frank is another weird gavone from Brooklyn.
