… Shares in Fiserv, a financial technology company that processes credit and debit card payments on behalf of businesses and financial institutions, fell more than 40%, or $30 billion in market value, on Wednesday, after CEO Mike Lyons withdrew earnings forecasts originally issued by his predecessor, Bisignano. The stock price fell another 7.1% Thursday.
According to trade publication PaymentsDive, Lyons said that Bisignano’s earnings targets “would have been objectively difficult to achieve, even with the right investment and strong execution.” But instead, Fiserv had in recent years deferred needed investments and cut costs in pursuit of shoring up short-term profit margins. …

With Frank Bisignano‘s stellar background he’s poised to be running the Federal Reserve next year. The SSA and IRS jobs are only stepping stones.

Franko is going to skate on this one- pardon on any possible criminal charges, and civil wise the corporate form is going to protect him. Assuming he would have to settle for something under a piercing of the veil theory (hard to prove) he’ll still make money on the deal. Any civil settlement would be sealed up with a non-disclosure agreement, etc. and would simply be breakage and just deemed an acceptable loss from his grift.-

In order to avoid prosecution Frank Bisignano took the SSA and IRS jobs in order to get a pardon. Unfortunately, the American public suffers. Now, why he took the job is answered.
