There have been accusations, or perhaps intimations, of some poorly defined impropriety concerning attorney Eric Conn. Maybe there is something there, but I have seen nothing that seemed substantive to me. Conn is fighting back with an ad that must be seen to be believed. By the way, that woman at the end of the ad, what is she supposed to represent?
Update: A reader in West Virginia wants to make it clear that while Conn may practice before a West Virginia hearing office that he is based in Kentucky.
I have an idea about that woman at the end of the ad. If my guess is correct, this adds an incredibly lurid aspect to this ad.
If bad taste were a crime, Mr. Conn would deserve drawing and quartering.

Part of his problem may be the "Conn" name, beside lame jokes and possible future address.
Not a high point in the US Supreme Court's sanctioning of legal advertisements. Although not bad in terms of production values (i.e., cash paid to make the ad).
Note the small print that services may be performed by others.

this guy has brought in a rap artist and country singer to write songs about him. he believes that he is "american hero". gotta give the guy some credit, he knows his audience and sells it well.
That woman is obviously one of his claimants.

Conn "voluntarily" agreed to quit practicing before the Board of Veterans Appeals because of allegations of impropriety against him.
It is not hard to come up with a plausible reason to suspect impropriety in his Social Security practice. He is a high-volume attorney who NEVER lost a case before a judge who paid a high volume of cases and arranged to have Conn's cases before him. Also, he has a medical clinic as part of his law office. Anyone with half a brain knows that he was having each of his clients seen by a doctor at the clinic, who would then prepare a MSS stating the claimant was unable to work (even though that was BS the vast majority of the time).
puke! It's fools like this who give the legal profession a bad name. What an idiot. Even more, any ALJ that would knowingly associate with this piece of s . . . is the bigger fool.
Maybe Daugherty thought paying all of Conn's cases would give him access to Raven Riley in some way. Hey, why not throw that hat in the ring, too? This whole thing just reeks of dirt and scandel and salacious backdoor schemes.
