The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a need to acquire consulting services in the field of Industrial Organizational (I/O) psychology or an equivalent field in support of the design of an Occupational Information System (OIS).

probably the beginning of developing a replacement for the DOT. I would guess something automated or web based that would forego the need for VE testimony at every hearing.
looks like they are having a hard time figuring out mental demands of jobs in our economy.
