Hearing Backlog Report

This might not be a good report for understanding current waiting time for hearings. The report reflects the age of cases for which decisions were issued in February. Offices making good headway toward closing (prioritizing)aged cases during the month will have a high processing time. The report more accurately reflects a history of aged cases that are now being closed. The high average offices might have current long waiting times, but might also be working efficiently to close their oldest cases -- the 900 day old cases at this time.
