These are the top names for 2018, not 2019.
By the way, the CPI-W for April was released today, and it is now 1.2% above the third quarter (Q3) 2018 average (the baseline for this year's COLA). The February value was actually lower than the baseline, mostly due to the decrease in gas prices, but the last three months the CPI-W has increased significantly as gas prices have rebounded. Gas prices are now about what they were in Q3 2018, and seem to have peaked. The core CPI-U is now 2.1%. It's too early to say, but we could be looking at around a 2% COLA if gas prices stabilize.
What the heck does the above comment (other than the first sentence/paragraph) have anything to do with baby names?
