Disabled folks can file SSI (first time filers) but the application only asks for identifying info, address and when disabled. No questions about assets, resources, income, living arrangement, etc. IN other words, no one is getting paid based on the info obtained from online SSI application alone, unlike SSA disability and retirement online applications.
