The Social Security Administration has posted the Caseload Analysis Report for its Office of Hearings Operations (or whatever they’re calling it these days) run on June 17. It reflects trends already apparent — falling numbers of ALJs, increased backlogs, increased use of overtime and a small use of “Agency Video Objections” which make me fear that the hearing process may be used for immigration enforcement.

Hearings are not the only component being used for immigration enforcement. All information is being shared. An enumeration appt for a child born in the US can lead to the deportation of a parent.
Working on a collab with immigration as we speak that will be groundbreaking. Very easily to trace and identify illegals using agency data for apprehension.
I call bs on that. At the fo I do this all the time. Now illegal parents getting ssi benefits off of a child that has an ssn.....
Agency Video Objections means the claimant objects to an Agency.Video hearing. These were called.Video Teleconference Hearings pre-2025. Different from Online Video Hearings which you do from your mobile device at home or work. Nothing to do with immigration.
