Robert Muller, the FBI Director, has a 10 year term of office which runs to 2011. On Tuesday, Muller spoke out to quell rumors that he would resign during the presidential transition.

What the hell does this have to do with SSA?
It's relevant because Astrue also has a term appointment, dummy.
Hey, Einstein how does Muller saying now that he will stay give any indication of what Astrue might do or what Muller might really do after the election.
I agree that this isn't relevant. It doesn't inform on Astrue's intentions at all.
