B&B spent large sums of money on national advertising; over-extended itself with offices across the country; did not provide very good customer service either to clients/claimants or to SSA (getting B&B to return a phone call was like pulling teeth).

What are the reasons you expected this? This is as a result if more than just falling award rates.
