If it only serves 90K folks, as stated in the article, no wonder it was closed. Any office that services that few folks isn't worth keep open in an area where another office isn't that far away. The mid sized office in my area serves over half a million folks.
@7:47... I think 11:49 was referencing the article that was linked which talks about the office serving a community of 90 thousand, so the actually visitor count of those needing service in a year is way less.

@11:49... while I understand field offices are busy, I call BS on your 500,000 number. Tell me what office serves 1900 per day.

@747--service area is over 500,000. the number of visitors per day is in the area of 300-350.
