Drug prices remained mostly flat but healthcare costs up 4.5%, energy (very subject to location) up about 3% nationally, rent increases slowed but seem to be around 1.8%, food prices up between 0.5% to 1.5% (USDA). Gas was all over depending on state with new taxes adding to the costs.
National average for wage increase is looking to come in around 3% but is highly dependent on job type.
So I guess it kind of keeping up, or at least not losing ground as fast.
Fyi, my position is capped at a 2% max wage increase this year.
