Social Security's ERE system that allows those representing claimants at hearings before the agency to access their clients' files is down. It has been down most if not all of today. Social Security has the ability to e-mail those who have access to the system to let them know that there's a problem but has not done so.

I emailed the ERE help desk several hours ago about this. No response. It is frustrating. Fortunately, I don't have any "5-day" issues arising today.
There are numerous systems issues today.
Long weekend. IT guys in CO must not be back from from their weekend flights to the tropics. Good luck.
I think they worked on the weekend making changes that were not fully checked by users so they had to fix them. DCPS was not working for much of the day for this reason
things were working this morning, then CPMS went down at 7:50 ET
And today the systems that allow Judges and writers to access claim documents is down.
That will make for some interesting hearings.
Down again this morning. The login screen is up, but it won't process your login or password.
ERE is still down this morning.
There are several major systems down agency wide. Also remember that Operations employees don’t telework anymore so people who would have worked Friday or Tuesday and could have started early mitigation Friday or yesterday of the issue instead now take those days off. According to the internal communicator key people are back in the office today and per a systems email a fix is being issued and the ticket updated.
UPDATE: Systems released an emergency message as of 1/22 at 9 am EST over 40 SSA applications are down and the estimate is 2-14 hrs before things are up and running.
As of 9am est 01/22 systems sent out an alert that over 40 SSA apps are down and the estimated time of restoration is between 2-14 hrs.
