In North Carolina, where I practice, Disability Determination Services, has recently resumed in-person consultative examinations (CEs) yet I've been told by an Administrative Law Judge that they are still under orders not to order CEs. Is that accurate?

It is accurate here in Florida. Only Psych CEs via telehealth that do not involve testing are available
Michigan resumed in person Late July/Early August
We are allowed to schedule them now but not many doctors willing to do them and there is a huge back log due to the many months we were not able to schedule
