I am ready for the fall so we can be done with the FY, be done with the unreasonably high RZ goal, and be able to provide some balanced service to the public for two weeks before we are slapped over the head with next year's unreasonably high RZ goal. You want to know why FOs are behind? Because all we have time for is phones, reception, and RZs. Before long we won't be able to do retirement and survivors because the entire budget will be RZs.
