Yall better pay attention to Security Stst results because O’Malley is about to come for operations. This CDR chart? He’s got a CDR and RZ goal and is expecting 100% completion. He’s also gunning for reduced FO1 time and a quicker response to DDS Assistance Requests, which he wants tracked and timed. He assumes that FO employees can make time for this. Keep an eye on these briefings and you can see what will be headed your way.
No, he simply wants it done faster. No one in management at SSA cares a whit about whether the work is done well, and this puppet is no exception to that rule.
As if there is any more time or capacity to do anything faster. I get the feeling that he’s about to start putting some of the blame for the delays on initial decisions on the field office. Unreal
I tried to look at Security Stat today based on that other post and the fact that it’s plastered all over the internal homepage, but when I try to see the reports, it says access denied. Is O’Malley really keeping this stuff from the frontline? He said it was supposed to be a transparent initiative to see where we stand.
Charles, would you consider making a post asking if anyone knows if A) Security stat is going to be open to everyone, b) if O’Malley is going to address any of our ideas from Engage SSA? Maybe someone knows and would be willing to share with us all.
It’s very frustrating that O’Malley said he was bringing transparency to SSA and so far he closed off Security stat, won’t share the data he used for telework decisions, and won’t address any of the ideas he asked for.

the vast majority of CDR cases end up continuances. Not a big surprise. A few people actually do improve.

So he wants you to perform your job better? Sounds like every workplace in America.

Thanks for your consideration.
SecurityStat is open to everyone. You should be able to view it in Sharepoint.
I’m blocked as well. It say something like access denied, do you want to ask permission? The same way locked management docs are.
