There is a cooking convention in September 26-28 in Sacramento California. Top SSA officials should compete since they are experts in cooking the books. 👨🍳
I can’t wait to see the unemployment numbers at the beginning of September. They should be fantastic!
This is great news! The administration has shown it is committed to SSA and the public.
Everyone keeps saying service is getting worse, myself included. But the metrics are back online and it is looking better. I don’t feel like it’s possible for it to get worse with all the talented FO staff moved around. We get things done, so how could it be getting worse?
Answering more calls in FOs isn't necessarily good. If I have to call multiple times to get my issue resolved (especially if my call is routed to FOs that can't help me because they are in another state and can't see the document I sent in that my FO hasn't put it into worktrack correctly) SSA can say they are increasing the number of calls handled but the service I am getting is worse!
Great news? Do some research and you will find that SSA is a disaster.
An SSA employee that signed the loyalty pledge. Keep up the disinformation campaign.
Frankie cooking the books
Its nothing but a joke. Just saying hello on the phone doesn't mean you completed your issue or concern, but SSA thinks that it is and has a stat shows that after 3 rings someone says hello. What a dumpster fire is SSA. They need to return people to their specialties and hire new talent. IRS has already realized they can't do their job and need back the expertise of those is reassigned and let go.
Lies...all lies, and I am living it firsthand. A spend down from a house sale should NOT ever take 7 months to...um...well, honestly? I don't even know if they started it because I can't get ahold of them. I'm ready to sell again (bad choice in locations), and that's REALLY gonna mess 'em up. Anyone that thinks SSA is moving smoothly is as sticky and questionable as the entire administration.
