I am not sure I understand your remark. Would you care to clarify it?

It was just a joke about every month the Black organization has their monthly meeting, then the Asian group and then the Hispanic group.

They celebrate black history month, woman's month, Asian month, native american month and Hispanic month.

The guys I work with joke that there will have a white male minute on April 1st.

I'm black.This is clearly offensive regardless of the constitution.Obviously the first(i e,third poster)poster has a sense of entitlement problem(racist).

"I'm black. This is clearly offensive regardless of the constitution."

Where part of the agency shakedown that got black males a payout a few years again? To me that was offensive.

As a white male over 50 I've been told (but in a way that can't be documented) that I'm too old for further promotion; the agency wants younger folks to move up the management ladder. Look at the last group of SES candidates; none over 50, lots of equal opportunity otherwise.
