I can predict the future, All will say everything will be fine if Congress and the President would just throw more money at the problem.
Spending money to hire more staff to work cases is the only answer. It is not "throwing money at the problem". What is ridiculous is that they having yet another hearing, as if no one seems to know what the problem is. The government is broken.
