I like the Heading in Randy Frye's prepared testimony: "Judge Moral and Performance." The dreaded spellcheck strikes again. You can only rely on spellcheck if the misspelled word is not actually a word. Otherwise, it requires a human eye to distinguish "moral" from "morale."
I hope they do review this stuff - "using eCat would violate the AP A and materially interview with the ability of the judge." Interview? ANd I thought it was de novo, not de nova. Only one or two of the many Oops moments I spotted.
I also thought the Union objected to the eFiles, due to too many mouse clicks, but now it is endorsing the program.
Good grief, and here I thought Ron's testimony in years past was bad. Guess I have another think coming. De nova indeed.
