What percentage of people polled pay Social Security taxes?

What programs must be reduced when it is necessary to maintain actuarial balance for the trust funds? (and no, you cannot wait too long for such actions in order to prevent a crisis situation and no, raising taxes alone is not a solution)?

What programs have a greater priority to receive support from the taxpayer: Social Security or needs based programs?

So many questions! And more to be asked.

The NASI surveys can be summarized as: Taxing other people a lot is fine, sending me more money is even finer.
