The FBI is offering a $20,000 reward for information on the whereabouts of Eric Conn. They say his GPS ankle bracelet was found in a backpack on I-75 in Lexington, KY.

In all of the criminal acts, done by Eric Conn that hurt so many, one would think the reward would be much higher and a bigger incentive to find him and turn in this huge crook/felon.
