I am starting to think the more cartoonishly villainous Conn becomes, the better the rest of us reps start to look. While it is wrong but easy to suggest many reps are dishonest because Conn is dishonest, we can now point to this behavior as a clear example of how aberrant he really is.
I think Philip Seymour Hoffman could stand in for Conn if they do any reenactments.

They keep saying Conn defrauded the government out of about $600 million. But how much did he actually rake in with fees? Maybe I missed it.
