That's interesting considering the agency has barred Senior Attorney Advisors from making their own determinations for some years now, and there's a general understanding amongst the unions that the agency would like nothing more than to kill the Sr Attorney program entirely.

Office of Chief Administrative Law Judge in OHO just announced a detail for 25 senior attorney advisors to perform on-the-record review of cases and issue FF decisions. Applications from interested attorneys were due yesterday.
