Amazing how management pitches in and helps, once stories hit the news.
Let's be real. MGMT should not be in production work. Their technical knowledge is significantly diminished by their years away from the frontline. Often, when MGMT takes a claim or makes an input on a complex matter, they end up creating more issues because they are not following proper policy and protocol.
