Actually, outside the phone service waits, being told to come into the office with BC and DL and having it fixed in minutes may not be fun but it's not a horror show.
Her drama laden account was more of to do than getting it done. When people do things, mistakes are made. It's a small part of mundane, adult life running around correcting the mistakes of other adults.
The engineers Musk hired are busy replacing live customer service with artificial intelligence.
Elon Musk is gone but not forgotten at the Social Security Administration, as the head of the agency considers himself “fundamentally a DOGE person.”
Social Security Commissioner Frank Bisignano said in a recent interview that he plans to use the engineers Musk brought in with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to revamp the agency to rely more heavily on technology and artificial intelligence for providing customer service, the Wall Street Journal reported.
You know its always a simple error. Understanding even a 1% transaction rate is still a sizable number, it is easy to dismiss it when it happens to someone else. But when it happens to you, it doesnt feel like a simple clerical mistake.

“To them, this was a simple clerical error”. Because, it was a simple clerical error. What a ridiculous drama queen.
