How do you “get payments right” if all you are doing is working phones or reception? You don’t get a chance to take action on anything that came in. No time to finish it to completion.

Even rural offices with few beneficiaries are suffering due to lack of staff that was fired or forced to retire. One would think the smaller offices in the country would be doing ok, and they're not. They are struggling.
Bisignano is either drunk, or high, or living a fairy world of rainbows and unicorns, or some combination thereof.

While leading Fiserv, Frankie lied to customers and share holders. He walked away with millions selling his stock without paying taxes and left others to clean up his mess. Why would anyone trust such a criminal?
💯 My office used to have 13-14 staff. When I left 12/25 it left 6 staff. Mgmt does not count as they are useless. Less staff and yet the volume does not adjust.
