From a press release:
The Social Security Administration Office of the Inspector General (SSA OIG) announced its partnership with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in the launch of the National Fraud Detection Center (NFDC). As a signatory of the NFDC Charter, SSAOIG has committed dedicated analysts and investigators to the prosecutor-led effort to strengthen interagency coordination to detect and dismantle complex fraud schemes. …
How many “complex fraud schemes” have there been at Social Security? Not many.

“Complex Fraud Schemes”…..we will start with this administration! Will there be overtime available for this project? 🤔
The worst fraud SSA has ever encountered was Musk and his thieving Doge babies in 2025. All data on American citizens was stolen right before our eyes. Why aren’t we hearing about progress on the litigation about those thefts?! Why hasn’t the DOJ jailed those kids and Musk yet?
Agreed
The corrupted DOJ has made it clear that Sleazy E and his Peter Pan Posse are above the law.
Additional workloads for SSA employees but yet…
Most federal employees would see their pay frozen at 2026 levels next year under an alternative pay plan issued by President Trump this week, though for the second straight year, federal law enforcement officers would receive a 3.8% increase.
In a letter to House Speaker Mike Johnson, dated Thursday, Trump said increasing most federal employees’ pay would be “unacceptable and unfair” given the inflation that occurred under the Biden administration. Inflation actually has risen from 2.8% when former President Biden left office to 3.3% as of last month.
Let's start with all those people over 150 years old that the President said were receiving benefits. I have not heard him say what he discovered from his investigations, but so many people believed him. When does he present his findings?
If they tripled OIG's budget, started hiring agents left and right, and put an actual apolitical law enforcement professional in charge, they'd make massive savings on these "complex fraud schemes".
Of course, that'd instantly put the claims factories like Citizens Disability and others out of business, and look who they contribute political donations to. So that's a non-starter.
