It was just last week that you asked why early RIB claims were down. Now you not only have the answer but a graph to document it.
The unmentioned factor is the public's (justified) fear of future INFLATION from US goverment spending and the Federal Reserve. Also, the disbelief of official inflation rate figures -- after a visit to the grocery store.
