On May 8 Social Security plans to reopen that Cleveland field office which had recently closed due to raccoons in the attic. I guess they're gone or nearly gone.

These are two different offices. Warrington Heights is re-opening (was going to close due to staff shortages) but Middleburg Heights is closed because of raccoons.

Uh, you do realize soft phones exist? Teleworkers are answering the phones.
The workers who telework will answer the phones. The rest will be in the office helping the public.
So the public isn't making all those phone calls?
